Dharma talk for March 31st

Welcome to our Sunday Morning meditation and discussion group. We are a peer led group that meets each Sunday at 10 am in the lower level of McFarland House, 716 Queen St, east side entrance. We sit together in silent meditation for 30 minutes followed by listening to a summary of a dharma talk presented by one of the peer leaders or a short recorded talk. Everyone present is invited to join in reflecting on what we have heard.

Dharma study talk for October 16

We continue our study of talks from a retreat on the Five Faculties of Awareness lead by Brian Lesage, Susie Harrington and Gil Fronsdal.

Dharma study talk for September 11th

The Sunday Morning Insight Meditation Study group welcomes you back to a regular schedule of dharma talks to listen to in the week. Join us for meditation and conversation around the subject of the talk at 10 am Sunday, September 11th.

We will begin our study of talks from a retreat on the Foundations of Mindfulness led by Brian Lesage, Susie Harrington and Gil Fronsdal. Susie Harrington will be here to lead a retreat in November, so this is a chance to get to know her a little better before that time.

The first talk we will focus on is a short introductory talk on Breathing Meditation by Brian Lesage.
